Batching
Raw materials are weighed and mixed across 13 mixing tanks, sized for both trial batches and full production runs.

Filling
8 filling lines cover a range of formats — bottles, tubes, jars, sachets and spray or pump formats. Our certified scope covers cleaning and hygiene products alongside cosmetics, so functional formats such as sanitiser, surface, room and linen sprays run on the same lines as a cosmetic range.

Packaging
Labelling, cartoning and case-packing to your specification, in-house — no handoff to a third party.
